Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained bed, headboard, sheets which stunk. Filthy carpet. Stains and drips all over walls and doors. Window cracked and taped over so couldn't open plus covered in mould. Mould and grime all over bathroom. Both tapes had hot water. Curtains falling down. Broken door lock. Unsafe luggage hold, my case got broken. No breakfast is served. No staff during mornings. No management avaliable to adress concerns. Absolutely appalling, this place has not had a proper clean for along time. Totally false advertising
This wasn't the first time we've stayed here ( the last time was 6 years ago). The rooms are still very good ( clean, etc ( beds were super comfy)). The room cost was amazing value for money, ultr cheap for London. bar has moved from along the wall to a central island bar. Only gripes was no breakfast this time and wasn't able to deposit our luggage prior to checking in.
Foreign beer and quite little good beer to choose from overall doesn’t even feel like we are sitting in English pub, and why would you have some other countries flag there ? It looks kindda cheap with plastic ball hanging around some carton posters, cheap paintings, though I liked plants and open terrace if only it had a good beer choices it would be great place to have a drink, I came once we spent 20-30£, probably won’t return again..
Crazy cold! (no heat in the room in November), far from the station (20min walking), no breakfast option (I have been told), really noisy from the road, old room, poor mattress... I do not recommand it
Near a yummy Asian restaurant.
Dirty. Old. Floor is literally leaning along with the bed so you're sleeping slanted. Location sucks. Way overpriced.
The room needed repairs. Sash window was jammed open. They’d put in a secondary glazing unit that could be closed but traffic noise was bad and disturbed our sleep. Curtain pole was broken and curtains hanging off rail. Loose hot tap and broken lamp. Would not stay again. Better at a premier inn!!

Worth a visit. Friendly staff and food ok...go!
